I love that it’s one hour of something I do just for me, no calls, no customers, just me and my own workout. I leave there feeling awesome each time. The instructors are all so encouraging, fun and friendly. When you hit a goal or PR, you’re celebrated! The overall format works for me as well, I need to be told what to do. The members there are also friendly and everyone supports and pushes each other. The front desk staff is wonderful too. No negative competitive vibes here. It’s just me versus me. I honestly can’t say enough good things about OT!

I know that if I were working out on my own, I would choose the same series of exercises, rest or give up too quickly, and get bored. Orangetheory keeps me engaged and motivated to stick to a routine.

I started traveling full time in 2020 due to the pandemic and while on my travels I started working out at OTF locations because they are easily accessible. To date I have been to over 30 locations across the country and counting. I found Rockford in early 2021 while visiting family in the area. Fast forward to 2023 this is still my favorite OTF EVER!!!! The manager Chelsea is professional and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. She is also a coach and her classes are high energy with great playlists. Coach Lynda is amazing as well. Great music, great coaching skills and always giving her full attention to the members in the room. Coach Marcus is by far the coach with the best music. He makes all his own playlists and they are SO MUCH FUN to workout to. The love goes beyond the coaches and staff. The community of members is just as strong. Everyone always says good morning, afternoon, evening and nice to see again. The encouragement they give each other during the workouts and after is truly one of a kind. All I have left to say is if you don’t have fun here I don’t want to be friends with you HAHA!

It's a quick pace and awesome energy! The gym is very well equipped and trainers always make sure we do the exercises correctly and push our limits. Come and try it out. I highly recommend it!

I trust my trainer that they are giving good advice and have a background in training. The environment is fun and motivating.
