I have been to locations all over the valley and have tried every type of gym out there, and there's just nothing like OT and wonderful people who run this location. From the lights, to the music, to the coaches cheering you on, every class feels like an exciting, intense workout combined with a party. Dane, Kendyll, and Cammie are all incredible, supportive coaches who have pushed me to exceed my personal fitness goals in a way that I never thought possible. I have had asthma my whole life, and before OT, I couldn't run more than quarter of a mile. These coaches have pushed me to run faster, row better, lift heavier, and feel proud of myself every step of the way.
January 24 · Emily NiskaI have attended Orangetheory classes at 3 different locations. While all locations have been great this location and specifically coach Lori stand out from the crowd. It was my wife’s first OT class and Lori spent time getting her comfortable with the heart rate monitor, defining the tread workout (base, push, all out) and spent time with us after the class to educate us on the results. The front desk was also extremely helpful as well. This will be our home gym!
