Everyone at the front desk is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the coaches are all fantastic - they each bring their own individual energy and approach, but are all supportive and inspiring. And the workouts themselves have enough standardization so you have an idea what to expect, but you never have the same workout twice. I'm lucky to have the opportunity to go regularly (4-5 days a week) and going to my morning class has become one of the best ways to kick off my day! And I'm in the best shape that I've been in for at least 20 years, so a nice added bonus.
