The staff at OT-Eastside quickly put my nerves at ease and jumping into my first class wasn’t as scary as I thought! From the desk staff to the coaches- it’s a a great experience! This is an all-over body workout! I’m encouraged to push myself and not pointed out if I cannot do exactly what the workout for the day is. The other members are encouraging, everyone is there to make themselves better- it’s a positive environment. After a few months- I can tell a difference in my strength and my endurance.This is for all age groups! Totally worth it!
