It's also efficient. One hour out of my day, and I'm done. I love the fact that although consistent with the equipment, the routine is different every time.

I love that the trainers are very attentive and correct my form and challenge me to do better. They get to know you on a personal level and come to know what you’re capable of so slacking is not an option. The overall personal feel of orangetheory is what keeps me coming back because it doesn’t just feel like a gym, it feels like a community, and that’s what I love.
