My wife and I decided to start OTF on a whim while out to dinner one night, and I'm so thankful we did. August 2024, I was 190lbs and in the best shape of my life since my early 20s. While OTF isn't a magic pill, the coaches, community, and pre-built workouts keep you going and motivated. You don't have to think, just do. Couple that with nutrition and generally taking care of yourself and you have a very good recipe for success in your health journey.

This place is literally everything! The coaches and staff are all top notch, bringing their own unique energy to the studio and the feeling of community and support is something I’ve not experienced anywhere else. I’m a self-proclaimed gym-hopper, finding I can get bored every few years but the thought of going anywhere else has never crossed my mind since I joined OTF. I’m also a data nerd so I love to see the progress over time, and for me, who has never considered herself to be a runner, to see my mile time go from 8 minutes back in 2018 (I was 38) to now 6:27, 6 years later at 44 years old, is just crazy! It works if you put in the work!! I have only great things to say and think anyone who is looking for a new routine to keep them motivated and inspired would be crazy not to give OTF a shot!

Based in Houston, TX, I have been to gyms all over the country, including (Boston, Morristown NJ, Fairfax, Anchorage, Dallas, Fort Worth, Murphy, Hillsboro, Portland, and multiple gyms in HTX...just to name a few). I have never been charged an additional fee to visit any of these gyms. One of the reasons I use OTF is the flexibility to use other gyms when traveling. I will not get my three workouts in at the Bel Air studio and if OTF makes this a policy when traveling, I will need to reevaluate the value of this membership. We pay for two unlimited memberships every single month and Bel Air wants a surcharge for visiting? This is unreasonable and inconsistent with my experience around the country. I spoke to one of the front desk people (Taryn(sp?) to try and resolve this, while she was nice enough - she was following policy. What a shame.

So disappointed that we couldn't work out this week, without being charged extra fees on top of our "unlimited" membership.One of our favorite things about OTF is the ability to integrate the gym into our personal/business travel, we feel robbed that OTF Bel Air deprived us of our workouts this week.

The variety in the daily workouts keeps things exciting, and I can both see and feel the effectiveness of each session. The app is a fantastic tool for tracking progress and staying motivated with fun challenges. What truly sets this location apart, though, is the warm, welcoming atmosphere fostered by the incredible coaches and friendly staff. They make every workout feel personalized, supportive, and motivating. I highly recommend OTF Bel Air South to anyone looking for a dynamic, results-driven fitness community!
