Between the staff, the members, and the overall atmosphere, I have enjoyed every second inside that building. I will say- the fdale coaches are so supportive and are always willing to help you achieve your goals. Every hour-long workout spent is filled with fun, but also helps me become a stronger, better version of myself. Definitely my favorite part of my day! 🔥

OTF Farmingdale has some great staff who are always so positive and have great energy, especially SA Victoria, Manager Mary, and ASM Meaghan. I am so beyond heartbroken to hear about Meaghan moving studios. ASM Meaghan always makes me feel so much better whenever I’ve had a long day at work or I’m upset about something. She is always there to talk and listen while encouraging me to keep going. OTF Farmingdale will NOT be the same without her. Another person who has kept me going to OTF Farmingdale was Coach Amanda. When Coach Amanda came back, I have faithfully attended her Wednesday night strength class. Coach Amanda is constantly checking our form and always helping us to do what feels right for our body. When I found out I was diagnosed with PCOS and learned that HIIT workouts are beyond awful for me, I cried. I didn’t want to leave my OTF family, however, Coach Amanda has been nothing but amazing with understanding what is best and encourages me to do slower movements to not raise my heart rate. The way Coach Amanda cares is evident. She is one of the biggest reason I NEVER skip her class. However, I am now hesitant to stay after some of my favorite people who understand me best are leaving.
June 16 · Samantha StemmleI took my first class today at OTF Farmingdale which is not my home studio, but after today I wish it was (LOL). As I was checking in for my class they had a welcome sign and water bottle waiting for me - something as small as this gesture goes such a long way for someone like me. The two ladies who were at the front desk, Mary-Kate and Dianna were the most kind, helpful and professional individuals I've had the pleasure of encountering in an establishment. They were able to help me set up my new heart rate monitor and even made sure I was wearing it correctly (I'm very new to OTF) and again, it's the little things that go along way. I booked my class with Coach Melissa and although I'm recently new to OTF - I never sweat so much the way I did in her class and felt like I got an amazing workout. Not only was the workout great, but Coach Melissa was just as great - upbeat, motivating and extremely helpful if needed. 10/10 recommend OTF Farmingdale and will definitely be back to their studio for another class!

A walking motivational poster with the energy of a lightning bolt and the heart of a golden retriever. From the moment he yells “Let’s GO, team!” my soul ascends to a higher plane of calorie-burning bliss.He doesn’t walk around the studio—he glides like a fitness angel sent from the heavens to correct my form and hype me up until I’m running at speeds previously only reached by cheetahs and scared tourists.His playlists? Fire. His timing on motivational one-liners? Flawless. His ability to spot when I’m about to give up and hit me with a “YOU’VE GOT THIS” that somehow reaches into my DNA and rewires me into an elite athlete? Unmatched.Other coaches are great. But Coach Craig? He’s legendary. A living pre-workout. If Orangetheory ever cloned him, I’d attend 12 classes a day. Until then, I’ll be in Coach Craig’s class, hitting the orange zone like my life depends on it.Give this man a raise, a billboard, and maybe a statue outside the studio. Craig forever. 💪🔥
