August 14 · Luciana DiGiacomoNewbie to Orangetheory. Took a class here. The instructor was on his phone instead of helping me on the rower. I was charged for my first ever trial class. Was told after class and being charged I didn't live "regionally". Not sure what this means. This is the closest location to my house by over a mile. When I called to inquire, listened to the recorded music/message which clearly says your first class is free. Doesn't mention anything about being 'regional'. If this is how they treat first timers, can only imagine if I actually signed up.
August 12 · Dana RichardsIdk why I have waited this long to review Orange Theory! I have been coming here for 2 years or more and they have been the best workout years of my life. I learned to run here and enjoy it which was never something I thought I was capable of. The classes are great and the coaches are awesome, shout out to Coach Jose and Coach Christian! Aside from the classes being great here, sometimes they do challenge days or weeks with fun themes. If you are thinking of trying them out, do it!
