The scheme/plan they have available may not work for everyone due to timing and limitations in options so research before you choose it. They have limited time slots as well. The instructors are good. You must reserve the time slots for workout ahead and if you reach the place 5 minutes past the selected time you won't be allowed as well. overall good choice as the circuit training is good.
