Coming up on my year anniversary and it has been the best decision I have ever made. I highly recommend Skypoint cross fit if you are looking for an encouraging environment along with a coaching staff that is second to none! He’s pushed me and allowed me to find the strength I thought I never had. Now I’m preparing to compete for the first time ever! His gym is clean, organized, and the environment is energetic and welcoming! I cannot see myself going anywhere else. I commute from central Queens to train there and with him!!
August 04 · Stephanie HortaI love the atmosphere at this gym. The women have thw flexibility to chat while they work out, but they still got the job done. Each class lasts for about an hour. The workout is intense, but the atmosphere is light. The owner is a motivator but he doesn't over do it. He keeps a smile on his face. The monthly membership is also affordable for what you're getting. I think it's totally worth the money. There were all types of members, from teachers, moms, and children, to extreme fit competitors. There is a place for everyone!

I’m 37, always struggled with weight and wasted money in prepaid gym memberships to go for only a week and never come back.So I wanted to post this review to encourage others that may be in my situation and are afraid to join thinking CrossFit is only for bodybuilders. This is NOT the case. At least not at this gym.I started 3 months ago and SkyPoint and Coach Junaid have already changed my life. I had to even learn how to jump rope (yes that’s how bad I was lol-still learning). He had the patience to teach me every move over an over again, modify workouts (I have knee issues) and motivate me every day. Still does even after 3 months of me asking many times the same questions. This is not even a personal trying session but it’s feels like it. Very knowledgeable and encouraging.The membership is very affordable for what you get and you can even do month-by-month. They have a good schedule and the facility is very clean.Also all the members are so welcoming and try to motivate each other during the work out. It makes you want to push more. I feel so much healthier and stronger already.I have a long way to go to reach my goals but being a part of this community I’m sure I will get there and have fun in the process!
