★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I recently attended an incredible "Grounding, All Levels Stretch" class, and I can't recommend it enough! This class is perfect for anyone, regardless of flexibility—there’s no need to be an expert in yoga or stretching. The instructor guided us through a series of gentle supine stretches, twists, and movements that focused on creating space and mobility in the hips, low back, shoulders, and spine. This class really helped alleviate some muscle pain I’d been feeling, and the gentle flow left me feeling deeply relaxed. Since it was held on a Sunday afternoon, it was the perfect way to prepare my body and mind for the week ahead. I felt completely refreshed, centered, and ready to take on Monday. Highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a grounding, rejuvenating experience!
January 30 · cejane monteiro de oliveiraIn love! This has been the best class that I have been to in a long time. I never imagined to be so relaxed. I was having a moving week and i didn’t take a minute to relax my body nor my mind, but this class really changed that and got me to be peaceful, allowed me to stretch my body and truly calm my mind. Also, until this class I hadn’t breathed with such awareness for a really long time. Thank you so much Becky, for helping, teaching and giving to me the best 60 minutes of this week.
December 06 · Rose ValenciaAn amazing yoga studio with personal touches and a true community. I loved being greeted with tea after my class. The boutique outside of the studio has plenty of thoughtful and useful items. I bought $5 yoga mat spray that smells amazing. They also have many events such as concerts that amplify the experience.

The teachers are phenomenal - everyone of them and I took 5 classes a week and was always enriched by each teacher style. Hot herbal tea awaits all students following class.
