I went to a neurologist, an orthopedist, two chiropractors, and a physical therapist. The spasms and the pain would go away only to return shortly thereafter. Everybody was focused on the effect, but not the cause. A massage therapist recommended OTM Fitness. The training sessions with OTM Fitness have made all the difference in the world. OTM Fitness identified the source of the problems I was having and designed exercises and weight training to address these issues. The training sessions are always challenging but also always fun. OTM Fitness encourages you to leave your comfort zone, but there is no one standing over you barking like a drill sergeant. You can exercise with a small group so that you have company. But your training session is personalized to focus on your goals so each person in the group may be doing different exercises. Just about every time I go I am doing something different so the sessions never seem stale and you never feel like you are plateauing. OTM Fitness also works with you on your diet and nutrition.
