Omaha Force Introduce
Introduction / Overview: Elevating Youth Baseball and Softball in Nebraska
The **Omaha Force**, also closely associated with the Nebraska Force Softball Club, is an organization deeply invested in youth athletic development within the Nebraska region. Located in La Vista, this establishment is best understood not as a traditional commercial gym focused on general public fitness, but rather as a specialized, comprehensive training facility and club dedicated to the sports of baseball and softball. This focus on select team sports and player development sets it apart in the local Omaha Metro area.
As the proud owner, Steve Stamm, has stated, the goal of the Force is to make every family's experience positive, providing a transparent and committed environment for young athletes to learn and grow. The club focuses on creating competitive teams while also teaching life skills that extend beyond the field. The facility itself provides the essential infrastructure needed for year-round training, a critical component for competitive youth sports in Nebraska. The entire operation is built around the mission of fostering dedicated athletes who want to be part of what the Force is building, demanding hard work, respect for the facilities, coaches, and teammates.
It is important for local users to understand that the Omaha Force is a membership-required club centered around its baseball and softball teams. This facility acts as the indoor home base for team practices and skill development, particularly during the off-season. While the majority of the information revolves around the team and organizational structure, the physical location at 10456 Chandler Cir in La Vista is a vital resource for players seeking consistent, high-quality indoor practice opportunities. Potential members, whether parents or athletes, should evaluate the club's structure against their family’s athletic goals and expectations.
Location and Accessibility: Foundational Training in La Vista
The Omaha Force training facility is located in the accessible La Vista suburb of the Omaha Metro area, providing a dedicated indoor training space for its club members. Its location off major thoroughfares in an industrial/commercial park makes it a convenient and functional spot for athletes and their families to access consistent training sessions.
The official location for the indoor facility is:
10456 Chandler Cir #105, La Vista, NE 68128, USA
The club has prioritized accessibility for its members and visitors, reflecting a commitment to accommodating all needs. Key accessibility features available at the facility include:
- Wheelchair accessible entrance, ensuring ease of access to the training areas.
- Wheelchair accessible parking lot, providing dedicated and convenient parking options.
- Wheelchair accessible restroom, ensuring comfort and convenience for all patrons.
The facility accepts modern payment methods for club fees and services, including Credit Cards and Debit Cards, simplifying the transactional process for Nebraska families.

Features / Highlights (Indoor Training and Club Structure)
The primary highlight of the Omaha Force is its role as a dedicated indoor training haven for the baseball and softball clubs, allowing for high-quality practice regardless of Nebraska weather.
Key features that benefit the local users in the Nebraska community include:
- Dedicated Indoor Facility: A committed facility featuring batting and pitching lanes, along with indoor space for essential team practices.

What is Worth Choosing Omaha Force
For Nebraska users whose child is a dedicated baseball or softball athlete, choosing the Omaha Force is worth considering primarily for its **commitment to year-round skill maintenance and the club structure**. Unlike a standard gym, this facility provides a true indoor 'home' for its select teams. This guaranteed access to batting cages, pitching lanes, and open indoor turf is invaluable in the competitive youth sports landscape, especially given the seasonal challenges of outdoor training in Nebraska. The 24/7 membership option for players under the All-Inclusive model highlights a significant commitment to allowing athletes the flexibility and time needed to excel.
Furthermore, the club's transparent approach to fees and services, offering two distinct team models to accommodate different commitment levels and budgets, is a clear benefit to local families navigating the costs of select sports. The focus on developing the whole athlete, including dedicated "FORCE FIT" conditioning classes, also provides a valuable, well-rounded sports experience.
However, potential users should be aware that, as with any competitive sports club, the experience can be highly dependent on the individual team, coach, and organizational culture. While the owner is openly committed to a positive environment and transparency, a contrasting review points to significant internal issues, particularly concerning coaching changes and player conduct, which can understandably cause distress to families. Local users are therefore advised to engage directly with the owner and current team families, utilizing the transparent communication channels provided, to ensure that the club’s operational style aligns with their family’s expectations for a developmental and positive youth sports experience in the Omaha Metro area.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1As the owner of this club, I greatly appreciate folks coming on and writing reviews...I know there at times are less favorable reviews that could be written...but we strive to try and please everyone. I would challenge any other club in town to be as transparent as we are here at the Force. Its our goal to try and make every family that comes to play for the Force to have a positive experience...for the most part I'd say we are winning that battle...but I'm also realistic to know that we can't please everyone. What you see if what you get here...I respect all the coaches that take the time to either volunteer to coach...even our paid coaches aren't doing this because of the pay...they put in tremendous hours with their teams...As we continue to grow and establish this club here in Omaha, we'll encounter bumps in the road...but I also promise that we will learn from our mistakes in hopes of making sure we continue to get better. - Steve Stamm, proud owner of the Nebraska Force and Omaha Force Baseball and Softball Club.
February 03 · Steve StammDo yourself and your child a favor – avoid playing here at all costs. The Omaha Metro has some great baseball organizations, but the Force is definitely not one I would recommend to anyone. The owner, Mr. Stamm, fired our coach with about 1 month to go in the season for selfish and petty reasons and left our team in complete disarray. Attempts to have a reasonable conversation with Mr. Stamm about the future of the team and players fell on deaf ears. It clearly showed that Mr. Stamm could care less about the families in his organization because once his mind is made up, he will not listen.I witnessed inappropriate and disrespectful behavior of players off the field was never addressed and never resulted in any consequences. My family and I were not only embarrassed to witness this behavior but disgusted to learn that Mr. Stamm refused to address it.Mr. Stamm attempted to justify his actions by sending emails with lies about events that never happened. He attempted to discredit the coach he fired with negative comments and further lies. These emails were in full view to all kids on this team. My son was very upset by these flat out lies and negative comments. His comment to me was “Dad, at the end of the season, can I burn my Omaha Force gear”. I was shocked at this comment, but I was also glad that my son was as disgusted as I was with the behavior we witnessed.
July 08 · Brian AsmusWith the decision to merge (Suburban Legends) with Nebraska Force, I feel confident players from both organizations will greatly benefit. The combined resources and instruction will be stronger and will allow girls' fastpitch to grow at a faster rate, right here in Nebraska.Steve Stamm is taking his expertise, personal ball experience, and hard work ethic ands applying it to every aspect of the program.Whether your player needs a team, instruction, or a first-class indoor softball facility, Nebraska Force is the place to go!
September 23 · Patty O'BryanNever been happier! Obviously folks that leave a bad review did not enjoy their experience here. Its usually a two way street on those :-)
March 01 · Steve StammNice facility for cold weather practice just make sure you reserve the area you want. The owner of the group has been helpful in answering questions.
