I inquired about private chair yoga to help build strength and improve balance.Leanne was AMAZING! She tailored each class to my needs and goals. Not only did I build strength and improve my balance, my confidence improved. She was so encouraging always adapting poses and increasing difficulty as my skills improved.Leanne is going to offer a chair yoga class in the fall and I encourage anyone recovering from an injury or if you've never done yoga before, take yoga with Leanne!

She has made the classroom comfortable and a perfect place to relax & concentrate on the class. I highly recommend participation in a class.
