★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I came in for a Dexa scan and RMR test. I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The tests were explained in great detail before they were performed, and they took the time to explain all my results to me. Even after my appointments were complete, I’ve felt supported and encouraged to reach out with any more questions I may have. Thanks again for a great experience!
August 19 · Leigh Ann ScoppetuoloSteve is my guy—absolutely the best! Super knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about helping you reach your peak athletic performance. I came in for a DEXA scan, 3D body scan, and VO₂ max test, and Steve made the whole process smooth, informative, and surprisingly quick. The 3D scan was a game changer for tracking progress—it’s so much easier and more accurate than a measuring tape. The VO₂ max test gave me a whole new level of insight into my conditioning and training potential. The facility is top-notch, and the staff create a welcoming, results-focused environment. Highly recommend this place if you’re serious about understanding your body and leveling up your performance.
August 13 · David ChanFirst time at Performance Lab and it was awesome. The team (Kyle) made me very comfortable and did a great job walking me through what to expect. They also took the time to explain the results to me in a way that made sense and translated into an action plan. Hope to be back for additional tests / re-tests!
June 04 · Kelly BurkeGot a DEXA scan and 3D body scan here. Really great and informative staff and a nice facility. Was in and out pretty quick — wasn’t originally planning to get the 3D body scan but it was pretty neat as a way to track your progress in terms of muscle growth. Easier than pulling out the measuring tape. Would recommend if you’re interested in knowing your body comp at a deeper level.
May 13 · Peter DWorking full-time teaching JiuJitsu & competing upwards of 10 times per year while travelling, Ian and the staff at NYC Performance Lab have been instrumental in my success this past year competing and overhauling my diet and training which has reduced injury frequency as well. I cannot recommend Ian, Steve, and the rest of the staff here highly enough. Do yourself a favor and supercharge your tool box by coming by and seeing for yourself.
