Northpointe Gymnastics Reviews
The place looks like its never cleaned anymore, coaching staff are rude and are not trained. They act like they don't want to be there. I never get a response to my emails about billing. They want to raise prices, cut class hours, but offer less than they use too. They offer less class times than they use to. We have been with this gym for a few years off and on, but it seems like it is declining quickly. I'm not sure what has changed exactly, but it's really turned into a horrible place that is just after money. I will be dropping my kids at the end of the month. It's not worth the money.
September 07 · Malli WaneMy daughter does classes here, and we found out they also do birthdays. Just had my daughters birthday party and the kids had a blast. The coaches there supervised while the kids played, making sure they were being safe and all that. They provided tables, chairs, tablecloths, and helped set up stuff for the party. All in all, great party and the most important thing being my daughter had fun. Thanks all!
May 18 · Patrick Gossett (Snomando)I have been with northpointe gymnastics since I was 8 years old. I am a part of the men's compulsory team, recently they have decided to just stop offering our program. Throughout my years on this team we have received barely any funding and new equipment. There is no chalk on the men's highbar, the parallel bars are broken and the pommel horse is so out of shape its nearly unusable. Despite all of this I pushed through with this gym and competed for 4 years, I won many awards and placed well even though this gym gave me so little. I'm not super angry or sad, just disappointed. I grew up with this gym and they kicked us to the curb. Men's gymnastics as a sport is dying, this is a step in the wrong direction.
August 22 · Jeremy HubkaI’ve been coming with my oldest for the last 3.5 years. Now my little one goes (2.5) as well and I hate to play favorites but Hannah and Sam have been constants for me and my girls. They both have an amazing approach with little ones. Sam wears the kids out and allows himself to be silly while also keeping them on task and holding them to a standard that mirrors my own approach to parenting. Hannah is direct in her communication and knows when to be silly and when to give kids the space they require when they feel unsure. She is able to pivot the practices and assist parents in help with redirecting their smaller children to all have a shared positive experience. I can’t say enough good things about both of these excellent coaches. They provide the kids with their whole attention and provide feedback that is honest and helpful. I feel it’s the best money we spend all month. The two are them are why we consistently have returned! Also shout out to Melinda she’s always been awesome too!
March 05 · jordan PingletonJust over a month ago, my daughter joined the compulsory team. Coaches Maddy, Quincey, and Coach Lee as well as all of her teammates and their parents have welcomed us with open arms. I cannot speak to the rec coaching or Xcel, but I can say that kids are always having fun and improving.I have met quite a few of the rec coaches as well as Xcel, and I can tell you that I would absolutely trust my child with them. The office staff has also been great about answering my 10,000 questions that I’ve had as well. My daughter is absolutely thriving at Northpointe and I am so happy that we have found our gymnastics home in such a positive and welcoming environment.
