I really love the small group classes; the classes are always different which keeps it entertaining and it’s been so crazy to see how quickly my strength has improved. Sophia is incredibly mindful of others abilities and/or limitations and is encouraging but never forceful. If you have questions, she has answers. If you’re calf is tight she’ll sub another exercise and tell you stretches you can do at home. Sophia knows her business and has cultivated a great environment to help others focus on being active.

The sense of community in the classes is palpable. It’s a very welcoming environment for folks new to fitness but also suits more experienced people as well! Each class is money well spent, especially with the individualized attention you get. The class size makes it feel like we’re all getting a little personal training. I’ll be coming here as long as I’m in Seattle.
