Those small chats make the sessions more enjoyable.Honestly, before every session I still think, “I don’t feel like working out” or “It’s a hassle to go.” But once I’m there, I always enjoy it, and knowing that keeps me coming back. September 04 · Dragons ExistMy husband and I have struggled with our weight for over two decades.Neither one of us knew how to properly train/exercise.We saw Kareem advertising his business for YEARS (usually on our way to Dairy Queen) and always thought one day we will call him.Finally, a little over a month ago we had a Consultative Meeting with Kareem. He was extremely friendly, not judgmental and ask important questions (health conditions, physical limitations, expectations).Our weekly sessions with Kareem have been a lot of work but so worth it and gratifying to learn how to properly work out. Kareem keeps our sessions new, interesting, and revolving so we are not doing the same type of activities each time which helps with folks who get bored easy!Kareem is very kind, engaged and concerned with how we are feeling along the way and building sessions unique to our individual needs.We would highly recommend Kareem and his team at Neighborhood Muscle. Amazing group of people that genuinely care about their clients and their health goals!
