November 13 · Y MNorth Shore CrossFit is a great gym! I was nervous at first because CrossFit gyms can be intimidating, but the coaches are wonderful and work with you to obtain YOUR personal goals. I feel good about myself since going and every time I leave the gym. Going to a normal gym can become monotonous and unfulfilling, especially if you don’t know what you’re doing. However, North shore always pushes you to be your best and shows you the correct way of maintaining form and completing the skill set. You won’t regret joining! Come be our friend :)

We were always basic gym goers, but we needed and love the camaraderie between both the Coaches and the people they train. You really feel like part of a family. There’s zero judgement, everybody is quick to encourage/assist and if you ever feel intimidated they’re quick to eliminate that feeling. I love using their app “Zen Planner” they encourage you to download upon joining, it tracks your personal goals as well as gives you a breakdown of what that days workout will be! Whether you go a few times a week or everyday, you’ll feel great that you did, from the inside out. I look forward to ending my work day and getting to CrossFit!!
