My Fitness has taken extra precautions during COVID-19 and never once have I felt unsafe. My fitness and the owner Mindy Yates and other coaches take time to get to know you and your personal goals. If you’re looking for a change in your life through personal fitness and nutrition look no further. I have gained more than a gym, I’ve gained lifelong friends that support me in my fitness journey. Definitely a no judgment zone just encouragement and motivation. I love the planned workouts and having a coach making sure my performance is correct and holding me accountable for my actions.

The gym is a second home for many, with the option of strength, yoga, and one on one training sessions. During COVID the gym, those that work there, and the customers have taken every precaution possible. Equipment is wiped down after EVERY individual’s use. I look forward to seeing any new faces that stop by the gym!
