I started as a very novice lifter and found I was very quickly made comfortable and safe working out here. After trialing memberships at other gyms, it was clear MTCF does it differently. The coaches do a great job of creating a culture of respect and support, and because the classes are smaller you really get to know the other members which leads to a strong sense of community. Whether your goal is setting a new PR, or just showing up to class consistently, the team and fellow members will cheer on your successes at every step.
