It might take a little experimentation to find the instructors with whom you "click" best on a personal level, but all of them are extremely competent. They helped me through a broken elbow much more effectively than my physical therapist and they are mindful of each student's weak points -- bad knees, bad hips, scoliosis, the whole gamut. Instructions are clear and classes are small enough that everyone can get some personal attention.

I hadn’t worked out for many years and I now can’t imagine not having this great studio, fabulous owner and excellent instructors to go to five times a week. It will soon be three years at Moving Strength and through Weight Watchers and Pilates I have lost 27 pounds and the exercise was key in firming me up. I highly recommend this studio for Pilates. It is a lot of fun and there are great people as clients. Once you get started you will be thrilled you did it.
