★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Relaxing space. Thoughtful instruction. Immaculate vibes.I immediately felt incredibly comfortable on my first visit to Monarch, which was also my first time trying Yin yoga practice. Looking forward to my next visit!
April 30 · Kathryn WheelerI've been a member at Monarch for a little over a year, and it's a fantastic studio! Even though I pay for the annual membership, I really appreciate that they continue to offer regular $5 classes and free meditation for everybody. My favorite perk of the membership is that I get 12 guest passes per year, it's so fun to bring a friend every month. There is a good variety of classes and instructors, and I enjoy mixing things up. As someone with an inconsistent work schedule, it's really nice that I can easily book same day via their app. The newer NoLibs studio is lovely, too!
February 25 · Kelsey WoidaIt's finally time for me to write a review about Monarch. I've been practicing at Monarch off and on for about 2 years now. I've always appreciated how frequently they have offered $5 flows, as it made yoga classes accessible for me. I finally landed a job that allowed me to purchase a monthly membership and it is worth every penny. In addition, whenever I've reached out about a question, they've been so responsive and understanding.I've always felt welcomed and wanted when entering the space, and I can't say that for all yoga studios!! If you're looking for a yoga studio, look no further.
February 20 · Kathleen PoliskiMonarch yoga has honestly changed my life! I have been going since only October 2024 and it has helped improve not only physical strength and flexibility but has also helped my mental health with their incredible instructors who help you have a calm, mindful practice. You can tell the instructors really care about their students and remembering your name and saying hi to you when you run into them in the studio.Monarch offers so many different types of classes like non heated flows, yogalates, power flows, yin and more so they always have a class for how I am feeling any day. It is truly a special space! The studios are both beautiful and clean. My favorite class is the classic 60 minute heated power flow where I am challenged with faster movement and holding some poses to test my strength and stability. I love that the flows are always different!
February 15 · EmilyI’ve been going to Monarch since their pop up days. I was thrilled when they opened the Kensington studio and happy that they still do fun and unique pop ups, $5 flows and collaborations. I get bored easily with the same routine so to have so much variety and options to choose from works great for me! The staff and instructors are all so welcoming- it always impresses me how they remember all our names :)
