Knowing I had to increase my physical strength, I was so fortunate to become a Mitchell Performance Gym member. Since starting, I've dropped about 20 pounds, bettered my coordination, and built up my endurance. Derek is incredibly knowledgeable and a great motivator. There have been a handful of little “injuries” I picked up but Derek easily adapted our program to tackle them while continuing to work on my goals. If you are thinking about signing up, but currently have a couple of restrictions, Derek is exactly who you should see. He will eliminate those aches while getting you stronger.
