I call it an obstacle course for adults; it’s one I literally never get sick of since it change daily. It’s “over” so fast I don’t have time to notice. It’s the kind of workout that somehow gets to all the tiny muscles you didn't know you had and I didn’t have to learn one thing in order to achieve it.I walked in over 5 years ago not knowing what to expect and came out with more than I could have imagined. The works outs make you feel strong and confident at any age. I love being able to continue vigorous landscaping into my 50’s and wear my favorite kinds of clothes instead of worrying about hiding my body.With the benefits I have seen quickly having attended only 2 or 3 times a week, I see no reason not to continue to make it part of my life just as many other ladies have. And, an added bonus....the ladies who workout here (and Ed) are AWESOME. There is a sense of belonging at this gym. I am a part of a great group of people while getting stronger!
