★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve been training with Kyla and Thomas for a couple years and it’s truly changed my life. My back pains have disappeared and I’m so much stronger. They’re both so knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. ALSO, my 9 yo daughter has never been interested in team sports but LOVES aerial with Alissa.
November 10 · Greg MurphyThomas and Kyla run a great gym and are fantastic coaches. They really listen to my goals and help me get there. The space is awesome and their equipment is really safe and high quality. The acro and aerials classes are great too — I love all the instructors. Highly recommend!
February 22 · Amy WillisZoe, Kayla, and Thomas are such lovely people. The studio has awesome equipment and Zoe is an AMAZING instructor. So happy to have this place in my neighborhood.
January 09 · Claudia VI had my first Intro to Aerial Fabrics this evening ever. I was greeted by a friendly dog and he also helped us with our warmups. The instructor was supportive and nonjudgmental, and provided a fun atmosphere for all of us misfits in class and catered to our varying levels of experience. She also took care to ask about our history of injuries in advance. I recommend to anyone who wants to learn aerial arts. The studio is still new, and building up its space to allow for more aerial space, but has a weight area, floor mat areas for acro, and an aerial fabrics area. The space is also LGBTQ friendly. I rarely get down to White Center, but I definitely plan to attend a class here in the future.
April 30 · Panda HalfordGreat space, great people! I went for the free squat workshop and learned so much! Thomas and Kyla are both so knowledgeable and welcoming. Trans-friendly, neurodivergent-friendly, and very knowledgeable about hypermobility! This studio is such a gift to the local community. Plus, Dexter the dog is such a treat to snug.
