I grew up as a gymnast and have back, neck and multiple joint issues not only due to my athletic history but also working in a physically strenuous profession. Lisa is perfectly attentive to all details including body positioning and offering the most appropriate exercises to keep my sensitive areas safe while getting an extremely satisfying workout. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Lisa has the rare ability to make/cue the slightest change in movements to ensure proper form and great results. She has an arsenal of cues which is often just the thing to improve your practice. If I lived closer I’d work with her several days a week.
