I had the absolute pleasure of taking Michelle's class when I was visiting Portland last week. It was such an incredible experience, mindful challenge, and refreshing work out. I wish I had a studio like it where I live or maybe I should just move closer???.. She creates an intentional work out with moves and stretches to meet you where you are and honor your body. She keeps things moving, yet peaceful. You feel the burn, but smile while doing it and feel accomplished between each change. It's a beautifully curated professional space. You almost feel like you're in a secret private studio it's so serene. I loved my class and how Michelle took care of me while giving me a challenge. I left feeling refreshed, stronger, and peaceful. Thank you! I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Portland!
