It focused more on footwork, fundamentals, and was actually a lot more fun to practice. When I first joined, it was mostly a couple of drills and tons of cardio like running, but today’s session felt like a whole new level. Big shoutout to all the coaches and staff for their hard work—helping us not just become better boxers, but better people too.

My son is 11 now fit/Healthier than ever. His more energetic and had learned about respect, balance, coordination, and focus. The Trainers/coaches are super attentive to each individual kid’s needs.
