June 12 · Erika stefania narvaez hernandezReally, really good gym. Old school iron. Located in lower level of Mid City Mall. Open 7am-9pm M-F, 9am-5pm weekends. Very affordable, $30 a month with no commitment. On Instagram, @mcbarbell.
January 08 · Frank MachniakAwesome gym. Staff are excellent and very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. No contract decent prices no annoying sales pitch, just a honest gym. The machines are well maintained. They have a wide variety of equipment, I really like the barbell selection, they have a modern rubberized set and a classic round head barbell set. Lots of power racks and benches. They allow chalk and even provide it. Lots more specialized equipment behind the counter simply ask for it. Nice cardio room. Great AC and lots of fans. Bathrooms are clean and brightly light with a good shower, nice tile. The patrons are very friendly, rack their weights after use and wipe down the equipment, and will give you a spot.
August 25 · GreyA real gym?With real weights?Playing good music?In 2024?!God bless.
April 02 · Dave OshryLove this place! Definitely a no-frills gym, but that's what adds to its allure. Very little wait time for the equipment and a wide variety of free weights and machines, instead of a monopoly of machines like in brand name gyms. Polite staff and patrons as well!
