She helped me start an exercise routine that is building muscle memory and retraining my body mechanics. I have already started to improve my running form. I was blown away with how much she was able to assess and identify areas of improvement virtually! Michelle is kind, patient and a great instructor.

The injury left me “lopsided” as for months I was using only one leg.I appreciate so much about Michelle - from deep knowledge of human body to her calm and encouraging presence to her kindness and humor. Michelle always meets me where I am and “un-clunks” me every time.I feel like a grew an inch taller since I started working with her and the chest opening that I was working towards is now my reality - I don’t slouch (at least not as much), my spine feels strong and nothing hurts!
