I've been a member at multiple gyms throw out my fitness journey and nothing compares to Metabolic. I honestly could not imagine starting my day any other way then walking through the doors at Metabolic Green Island. I have been a member for almost 8 years and I instantly felt welcomed from the first time I walked through the doors. The people are full of life and energy every morning and the trainers are by far the best I've ever had. They motivate with POSITIVE enthusiasm each and every day. I feel so motivated to work out very hard in class and the instructors are wonderfully patient. I am there every day that I’m in the area and will be until I move in June.I only wish that some of the classes varied their music from the loud top 40 dance music. I would go to those even if it meant switching my schedule around. My husband would even come in with me were that the case. Some of the teachers occasionally play older rock and I love it.
