What is worth choosing Mercy Sports Performance? For anyone in the St. Louis area, this gym offers a level of professional guidance and specialized care that is hard to find in a typical fitness center. The most compelling reason to choose it is the seamless integration of sports medicine and performance training. This is a place where you can not only build strength and improve your fitness but also receive expert care for injuries, all under one roof. The semi-private training model ensures you get personalized attention from an expert coach, which is a significant advantage over large group classes or solitary workouts. One satisfied member highlighted that attending classes has made them the "most fit and strongest" they've ever been, praising the friendly and supportive trainers.
However, it is also important to note that the facility is a clinical setting, and some customer experiences, especially those related to the sports medicine clinic side, may not align with expectations for urgent care. One highly critical review recounted a negative experience with a specific doctor and staff regarding a knee injury, citing a lack of proper assessment and follow-up. While this review seems to be directed at the medical side and may not reflect the sports performance training itself, it's worth considering the dual nature of the center. The facility's primary strength lies in its long-term, goal-oriented programs and professional training, not necessarily as a walk-in clinic for acute injuries. For anyone looking for a long-term partner in their fitness and athletic journey, this unique gym offers a professional, supportive, and effective path to achieving peak performance.

Mercy Sports Performance at the Mercy Center for Performance Medicine Reviews
I've been attending classes twice a week for almost a year and I can easily say that I'm the most fit and strongest I've ever been in my life. The EXOS trainers are friendly, supportive, and make working out enjoyable. If you can't make it to the Ballas location, try the location in Maryland Heights. You can switch between locations to fit your schedule.
May 01 · Logan HuffLmfao. Me comes in because I had shooting pains in my knee after falling swelling/bruising and bloody. Glad nothing was broken but plenty of other things that could have been done to assess nerve damage/ligaments/tendons etc. The doctor walks in says well I recommend therapy says she will have it wrapped and supported for me on the way out. The discharge person walks in hands me the forms missing the form she told me she was gonna get. And then opens a drawer and pulls out a bandaid like I'm a 5 year old and says here you can put these on it. 🤣🤣. I'm sorry but wow. Never dealt with such stupidity in my entire life. If you want "doctors" and "nurses " with the education level of a 12 year old. This is the place to go.I literally can't bend my knee without sharp pains. Totally normal. And gives me a band aid. 🤣🤣🤣. Does not wrap it. And does not give me proper forms for the therapy..Please let me know where you went to school for that amazing diagnosis so I can keep my children far away. Because if that's all ya got. You wasted a lot of years.
April 01 · April BonnerThey have gone above and beyond after my son injured himself in soccer and they got him back on the field and also equipped him with exercises to heal and prevent further injuries.
