Max velocity has all the knowledgeable coaching, various classes, equipment, and great energy to help you reach your goals. From high intensity endurance training, barbell cycling, or even yoga, classes are kept small so that athletes of all ages and levels can receive attention and feedback from the coach. Classes are also flexible and the coaches can easily accommodate you when you arrive. The coaches here are always helpful and willing to modify workouts based on injuries, mobility, and fitness level. Ken and the entire coaching staff do a great job in helping individuals train to be better versions of themselves and keep them motivated. Best of all, it's always fun!
