I love how it’s small-group training model with a very positive and supportive vibe, where the instructors remember your name and always emphasize that we are here to work out for ourselves, not comparing with our neighbors. And no two classes are the same! Always a great thing to keep the body guessing.

After trying out countless other classes with trainers/instructors of varying skill sets, price points, and motivations, this is truly the best find yet! The instructor is warm, thoughtful, considerate, yet motivating and using evidence-based *intuitive* cues to make sure we're always checking in on our bodies.
