★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I signed up for the free intro session and had a wonderful experience. The first 30 minutes with Chris was a great start. He walked me through basics and getting comfortable with form and movements at a nice pace, and provided really interesting background about Muay Thai and how it’s evolved - it was cool to learn not just the basics of Muay Thai but about its history, as well. The one hour class after was definitely a challenge, but so much fun. There were newer and more seasoned people, and while I initially felt nervous about going and self conscious at the start, everyone was so nice and supportive, offering tips on how to improve and being really encouraging. Before I knew it, I felt a lot more at ease and comfortable. I signed up for the membership right after class, and I’m excited to come back and keep learning.
August 01 · Reiko RiveraMy intro class was amazing. With a person whom has no experience in this area they treat you with respect and kindness. The coaches will make sure you are safe and sound. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to start their journey and does not know where to begin.
August 07 · Jake MassolleHad an amazing first experience! Highly recommend this place for people looking into getting into Thai or for trying something new. The staff and community are very friendly and are here to help you learn. As a beginner I felt very comfortable and supported throughout my first class! Don’t hesitate to give it a try!
August 17 · Saba SarwarThis is an excellent Muay Thai gym! The coach is very professional and genuinely enjoys sharing his experiences with his students. He has a wealth of knowledge to teach and takes the time to make sure everyone learns and improves. The gym itself is nice and Coach Chad is welcoming, and I’m already looking forward to coming back for more training. Highly recommended!
July 15 · Arnold NeelyI really enjoyed my time there enough to where I became a member on the first day. Super controlled team that has a great atmosphere , and even better fighters/coaches. I just moved here last week from Alabama so everything about my visit I was a little on edge not being familiar. Leo & Tripp took care of me well and made sure I wasn’t stumped with anything. There’s nothing at Alabama in the area I lived in that could ever compare. I definitely recommend
