I love this new Gym! The owner, Nancy, is wonderful and very helpful in teaching me about the different machines/exercises. They have massage chairs and tanning beds. I was sad when I moved away from my old gym but now I can just walk down the street to this fabulous place. A year membership is inexpensive and well worth it. I really like the circuit training and she is going to add classes soon.
