I love the variety of classes offered (even outdoor classes in the summer!) and the timing worked well with my schedule. Every instructor has exceeded my expectations. I signed up for the monthly auto-pay, and I find the price to be reasonable. If you’re looking to get back out into people land, I highly recommend this gym.
May 24 · A BI have been to many gyms and there is no place like M Body in Rochester. There is no "selling," just top notch, professional instructors in a friendly, open environment. No matter what your fitness level or age, you will feel welcome and comfortable. The wide variety of classes and the fact that the instructors continually change the routines ensure that you will always be challenged. I never thought I would say I love a gym, but I do love M Body!

I have enjoyed every work out class I have taken and appreciated how professional, kind, and talented the instructors and staff were. From strength to yoga to barre to HIIT to spin, and if that’s not enough options you can also do personal training with several different coaches/instructors. Molly has created a haven in our community that offers a really unique membership/package structure that allows you to try a little bit of everything! On top of getting a great workout in - M/Body is consistently hosting events and different initiatives that not only support our community but promote inclusivity and wellness for everyone! A real gem in Rochester - I always leave feeling physically and mentally better!
