Derrick is a great coach who provides challenging workouts while also acknowledging the need for modifications (I have an injured knee and usually need to modify lower body exercises). And even with modifications, I always feel that I’ve gotten a great workout - the soreness the next day is proof of that. LOL. It’s also a great community to workout with - people of all different fitness levels who encourage each other. I’m a mom who works full time and I really appreciate that there are classes in the mornings and evenings. Finally, the gym itself is BEAUTIFUL and always clean. Can’t ask for anything more. Harrison is lucky to have this place as part of the town!

He takes the time to fully explain each move and provides personal attention to each person in the room. The facility is awesome too. Very clean with updated equipment. I highly recommend LYFT.

Derrick thoughtfully creates personalized programming that keeps building and pushing me toward my goals. Love the workouts in his beautiful gym. I feel like a badass pushing sleds and lifting barbells but we didn’t start there and I’ve never left the gym feeling wrecked and too sore to continue. He really meets you where you are and builds from there. And we have a lot of fun!

He's a gifted coach and is good at motivating me to get an extra rep in. The gym is very clean and organized... perhaps the cleanest and most organized gym I have had the opportunity to workout in! I am very picky when it comes to gyms and this is for sure one of the best gyms I have been to. Highly recommended!
