I have many issues with my body that always made it hard for me to work out and be active in general. Tara has completely reframed how I utilize and understand my body. She is an absolute gift and I feel so grateful to have found this hidden gem in crown heights. If you’re not sure about trying Pilates, go here and start with Tara’s class (although honestly everyone is great - you’re in good hands no matter who you see. Everyone handpicked by Tara and so sweet and good at what they do). You will not regret trying it I promise. Also SUPER affordable prices. The first time customer deal is crazy.
