May 28 · Alexandra SpragueThe best gym in the city as far as I’m concerned. I have been coming to LKC since about 2013 and seeing the gym take new shapes over the years has been amazing to watch. Bryan is one of the BEST coaches to have on your side. Not just for training purposes but for everything that life throws your way. LKC truly feels like a “home”… Whether you’re trying to learn something new, teach your kids some discipline/protection or truly train to compete. This is your spot.
August 14 · Justin TannerCoach Bryan is the best Muay Thai coach you could ask for! He doesn’t just teach Muay Thai, he lives it and pours his heart into every student. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, he has a way of making you feel seen, supported, and pushed to be your absolute best. The atmosphere he’s created at Low Kick Camp is one of family, discipline, and respect! It’s impossible not to leave every session feeling stronger, both mentally and physically.Training here has been life changing, and I can’t recommend Coach Bryan and Low Kick Camp enough. If you’re looking for world class Muay Thai with a coach who truly goes above and beyond, this is the place.
September 02 · Andrew KoziolMy son who is on the spectrum goes here and it has been wonderful for him and his cognitive development! Master Bryan has really supported and challenged my son to new levels of confidence and his self esteem has boosted greatly! Becoming a young man in our world takes other men ushering the young men into it! My son looks forward to these classes and sometimes we get private lessons in the summers just to fine tune the skills he’s learning! All of the individuals we have met here have been wonderful and have helped my son develop into a better human!
March 14 · Grow with CeallyI absolutely love this gym. The atmosphere, the coaches everything. The environment is so welcoming, which was a very important piece for me, stepping into a movement practice that I didn’t know. The structure of the gym is thought out to help you grow. Starting with understanding the basics, then moving onto intermediate, and then leveling up from there. I am currently an intermediate student, but am always able to check in with the coaches for help. Every coach that I have encountered at this gym is not only friendly but knowledgeable and the owner Bryan Is welcoming and wise in the wisdom he has in Muay Thai. As a woman, stepping into a predominantly male sport, having this open welcoming atmosphere is key. In this, I’m not just a woman working out I’m a member of the team and part of the Low Kick Family. Training at this gym has offered me so much movement therapy that I didn’t expect. And the principles from this sport have carried into my day-to-day life. If anyone is interested in Muay Thai, I encourage you to come check out this space.
