Services Offered
Love Yoga Venice provides a comprehensive and diverse array of services, going far beyond standard yoga classes to offer an integrated wellness experience for the entire community.
- Flow Classes (Levels Open to 3): These are the studio's foundational classes, a well-rounded Vinyasa practice that uses imagery, breathwork, and metaphors. They range from Open Level (accessible to all) to Level 3 (incorporating more advanced poses, inversions, and arm balances), ensuring a perfect fit regardless of experience.
- Nourish & Restore + Sound Healing: A deeply relaxing and therapeutic practice blending gentle Yin and Restorative Yoga styles. This class utilizes props to fully support the body, allowing muscles to soften while soothing the nervous system, all accompanied by healing sounds and sound bowls.
- Align & Move: A class dedicated to alignment principles, where intricate direction is used to help students gain insight into their body placement, which exercises focus and leaves the mind feeling calm and steady.
- Katonah Yoga: Classes specifically teaching the Katonah method, which uses Taoist theory and Sacred Geometry to view the body as a map. Expect less flow and more time spent breaking down postures, prop work, and exploring profound insights.
- Pre/Postnatal Yoga: A safe, soothing, and supportive practice for expectant mothers in all trimesters, focusing on movement, breathing, and stretching. Postnatal flows on select days welcome babies.
- Specialty Classes: These include Aromaflow Yoga (infused with essential oils), Love Flow to Nidra (ending with deep, meditative 'yoga sleep'), and Love Slow to Flow (a blend of Vinyasa and Restorative).
- Online Classes: For those who cannot make it to the studio, the convenience of Online classes is offered, allowing practitioners to maintain their consistency from anywhere.
- Teacher Training and Workshops: The studio is a center for learning, offering 200HR, 300HR, and specialty YTT programs, as well as workshops on Katonah Yoga, breathwork, and adjustments for teachers and students alike.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had one of the best yoga classes here of my life. The teacher Britt was so genuine and authentic. Which in the yoga community can be rare in my experience. Her practice was a seamless balanced flow that was both nourishing and expansive. I learned new moves and poses as a certified yoga teacher myself. I am very particular about the energy and authenticity of the teacher and space and I can thankfully say this teacher and space exceeding my expectations. She reminded me of the teachers who taught me who learned first hand from a Shaolin monk. She created a safe space for me and the practice. I learned a lot from her class and I can’t wait to go back. Can’t express enough gratitude to how well rounded her class was and how amazing of a teacher she is. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Truly inspired. The space was also very homey, clean, smelled great, had alkaline water on tap ;) the woman at the front desk was also very kind and inviting. 11/10.
June 25 · shiloh damacelaLove yoga is the best studio in Venice. It’s laid back but also the teachers are top notch. They do sequences like no one else. It’s a wonderful mix of spiritual and also some classes really kick your butt. So try different teachers and times, every class is unique. Such a gem of a place!
March 14 · Diana BurgaOne of the best yoga studios on west side. Kyle Miller and Sally Smith’s Katonah yoga will bring your perspective on alignment to a whole new level. I prefer this place than any studio in SF, where I now live. The design of this studio is also lovable and many teachers have big instagram following
March 08 · Chenyu ZhengI had a membership pre pandemic and just started going again and so happy about it! Remembering why I loved it so much. Always great teachers and gentle classes - for me, I want yoga to be more of a nervous system reset than a work out and I always walk out feeling more balanced and relaxed. I love Krystina, Kat, Danielle and Chrissy, but I’m looking forward to trying more teachers too.
November 20 · Lindsey WilsonThis is the best yoga studio I have been to in California since moving here 8 years ago. The instructors are all incredible and offer unique, challenging flows (not the usual 'sun salutation, on auto-pilot' boringness). Highly recommend.
