I’ve had issues with my hips (both replaced now), shoulder surgery, and mild scoliosis. I can honestly say I am in the best, most flexible and pain free shape of my nearly 69 years. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable (more so than several PTs I’ve seen), focused on the person, and highly sensitive to individual needs. Pilates and Gyro at Lotus have changed my life!

What traditional rehab couldn't do, pilates and gyro got me the rest of the way there. I have continually been amazed at the ability of Corinna, DJ, Ejae, and all of the instructors I've worked with to look at the way I'm moving my body, make recommendations and adjustments that are unique to me, and to actually have those recommendations work! I'm always challenged by new exercises and variations on old favorites. The group lessons are great, but I've really made my biggest strides with one-on-one instruction. I feel extremely fortunate to be learning and benefitting from the experts at Lotus Pilates--they are what keeps me coming back!
