Overall ALL the teachers are so nice, helpful, and are experts in keeping good form with hands on adjustment! My favorite fitness studio especially since it’s connected to a yoga studio! So sad the fitness studio is closing bc of financial hardship from pandemic, but hopefully they will bring it back!!🤍🤍
