Very specific workouts that you can't find anywhere else from highly trained boxers, and sparring, and everyone made me feel so welcome despite my lack of boxing prowess! If you want to commit to better health and strength, I highly recommend ditching the dime-a-dozen gyms and instead sign up with a place like this that knows what they doing. I got great results, love the intensity and its way more fun than sitting on a stationary bike or running on a treadmill like a hamster ; )

He has a great deal of experience and expertise in boxing. The other members are welcoming and helpful. I feel more confident now then I ever have, and I’m also in the best shape of my life. I’ve exercised consistently for over 10 years, but Coach Manny’s workouts are on another level. If your looking to test yourself physically and mentally, as well as learn the science of boxing, this is the gym for you.

Mix of heavy bag, mitt work, shadowboxing, sometimes jump rope. They also have formal sparring for experienced students. Membership is an investment in your body and mind!Update: still great! :)
