Live Love Flow is a women-owned business that has quickly become a favorite for its unique blend of hot yoga and strength training, all within a space that is proudly LGBTQ+ friendly and a transgender safe space. This article will provide a detailed overview of what makes this studio a standout choice for anyone in Washington seeking to enhance their physical and mental well-being.
Live Love Flow isn't just a place to sweat; it’s a boutique fusion fitness studio created by founder Indira A. Her vision was to combine various fitness methods, including yoga, strength training, and indoor cycling, to provide a well-rounded and effective experience. The studio's philosophy is centered on the idea that these methods complement each other, leading to increased flexibility, stability, range of motion, and mindfulness. The result is a unique "flow" that challenges the body and invigorates the mind. As one reviewer mentioned, instructors Zara and Camille have a "deep relationship with movement," creating classes that are both challenging and thoughtfully designed.
The studio's commitment to creating a positive and encouraging environment is one of its most notable qualities. The welcoming vibe is evident from the moment you step in, with instructors who provide motivation and personal attention without judgment. Lauren, an instructor praised by a customer, is an excellent example of this ethos, offering posture corrections in a helpful way and providing motivating words that empower students to try more difficult poses. This kind of encouragement goes a long way, especially for beginners or those who feel intimidated by more competitive fitness environments. The studio is a place where you can feel comfortable, safe, and supported in your personal fitness journey.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I took 4 classes here whilst visiting my hometown Seattle. Had instructors Zara and Camille. They were both excellent. Clearly both have a love & deep relationship with movement and have strongly developed flow program both with weights and without. It was nice to have variety of classes and be challenged and guided, a perfect start to my day. Nice atmosphere. Thank you.
June 16 · sanna JamesTaken 2 classes here so far and really enjoy it! So far I’ve tried one class with Tammara and one with Lauren, I really enjoyed both instructors. Lauren was very personable and really great at helping give everyone in class posture corrections to get the yoga posses in the correct form (without making anyone feel bad or shaming) and she was also very encouraging. If I was trying to do a harder pose but wasn’t sure if I could, she would say “I know you’ve got this one in you” and it would work, her motivating words helped me push and actually do some of those more difficult poses! She was really friendly and welcoming to me as a first timer at the studio as well. Encouragement really goes a long way for me so I love Lauren’s teaching style.Tammara was teaching a considerably much more full class (I think the class was actually fully booked), and she did a great job managing the crowded room. She was really good at explaining the positions from the get go as well as offering more advanced alternatives to certain positions too, and had a very positive presence. My only tiny wish is that right before class started if she maybe asked a few people to adjust their mats slightly to utilize a little more of the leftover space in the room. I got a *little* stuck in the corner of the room and my foot was hitting the mirror when I was fully extending my leg out during downward dog! It didn’t hinder me too much, but I did feel just a little bit like it would have been better if I had a tiny bit more room, but I was too shy to ask my neighbors if they could spread out a little bit. This was not a huge issue and honestly a small mishap that’s partly on me for where I placed my mat in the first place. But I have been to studios where when the room gets more full as people arrive, they ask people to move around a bit. That would have enhanced my experience just a tiny bit more!Love that they had a grand opening event where they provided snacks and beverages after class. I know this won’t be here every time, but I still felt it was worth mentioning because I felt that it was very generous to host an event like that in the first place, and it left a really good impression and allowed me more time to just exist in the studio and get comfortable with the space. Also, I met the owner and I found her to be really nice! I hope I get the chance to take a class run by her at some point. If you’re someone that doesn’t drive like me, it’s in a really good location for transit. Bus stops are nearby and the surrounding area is also very walkable being in green lake, which I love. It also feels generally safe around the area which is rare in and around Seattle nowadays, so that’s an extreme plus. Another thing I appreciate about this studio is that as of writing this post, they have a first time free trial class available, as well as several other deals (currently they have a 3 for $30 deal on the website). As someone that is going through a bit of personal financial struggle and I just got out of college, it’s really great that they have pricing options and offerings like this, which helps it feel more accessible. Yoga classes and fitness memberships in general are pretty expensive, so I really like that they’ve got options for different memberships, first time deals and trials, and class punch passes. I can’t afford to go here all the time but I know I’ll be able to come back when I can thanks to them offering these sort of deals. I’m looking forward to coming back again to try some more classes!
June 09 · Aela Rose🌟 Truly a sanctuary in the city. I can’t say enough good things about Live Love Flow! From the moment I stepped into their Green Lake studio, I felt like I had found a space that not only welcomed me but elevated me. The studio is immaculately clean, beautifully modern, and full of positive energy.I took part in several of their hot yoga classes and walked out of each one feeling rejuvenated, stronger, and more centered. The instructors here don’t just guide you through poses; they inspire you. They bring heart, knowledge, and presence to every session. And the music? 🔥 Absolutely on point. Uplifting, motivating, and perfectly curated to keep you flowing and focused.Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out, Live Love Flow is a total gem. This place radiates warmth, wellness, and good vibes. So grateful to have found it! 🧘♀️💫
June 01 · Erik BoqI love this yoga studio! I really appreciate the variety of classes, and both Zara and Lauren are excellent instructors. Parking is easy, which is a huge plus. Occasionally, booking classes can be a bit finicky, but the manager is responsive and quick to help. Highly recommend!
April 05 · Elisabeth ThompsonI have been going to this studio off and on since they first opened in Greenlake and there are a few things I love about this studio and a few tweaks I would recommend to make the experience better. The Vibe: they offer a wide range of classes, but their Sculpt class (which is like a fusion yoga class with weights) is their signature style. This class sets the studio apart from others and I wish they would lean into that more. This class is high intensity with clubbing music, under mirror strip lighting, and pulsing repetition. The best way to describe this class is Reformer Pilates meets aerobics with Yoga poses. It is Not a yoga class. Do not expect to feel restored and renewed when you leave. You will be physically drained, sweaty, but mentally energized. Given that, I would not recommend taking this class within a few hours of sleep.Love: Some of the best teachers in Seattle. The small classes offers a more intimate setting than the large 50 plus classes you might find in other studios. I also love they weights they have are rubber coated and not the stinky, metallic weights.Tweaks: This is going to be a long list but there's a few major things to cover with an overall theme. One of my biggest pet peeves is walking on a dirty, dusty floor. It's evident the studio does not regularly Swiffer or sweep the floors before or after the classes. It's really annoying to walk to grab weights or set up my mat only to find new dusty, dirty foot prints on my mat when I step on it. It would take less than 5 min to do this before or after each class. On top of that, there are handprints on every mirror in the studio and it just looks so unclean. No one even touches the mirrors from what I've observed in class, so I can't imagine how long they have been there. If the teacher or owner do not have the time to wipe down surfaces, it would be relatively inexpensive to hire custodial services to maintain the space at least once a week. The studio technically has a shower but no one really uses it. It is always musty and smells like mold. I have used it a couple times and it's overall unpleasant. The water drips onto the floor past the curb and there is no where to put your stuff. The single stall bathroom windows have a puddle of condensation pooling up on the window sills. The studio severely needs a dehumidifier. Overall, the studio has a moisture problem and it is noticeable.I think some people get confused when they take the classes because it's more intense and it seems they do not yet have a solid customer base. I think part of the reason for that is the decor, the lighting, and the color scheme don't match the energy and vibe of the class. The light blue color and artwork on the wall seem to align more so with personal aesthetic than branding. Here are a few modifications I would suggest: Paint the back side and bottom strip of the work out room high gloss black to go with the dark room vibes and better protect from moisture. Remove the artwork from the walls. Change out the merch wall for a community bulletin board to show off the marketing pics with students from the community building days. Remove the "changing room" curtain for something else entirely because a single curtain separating a naked person from unfrosted street windows is unappealing. It's too awkward to use and doesn't go with the overall theme of the efficient, intense workout. Add a wooden bench and hooks into the shower stall, plus a matt that allows someone to step out of the shower and avoid the puddle. In summary: I think this is a great studio with a great offering but with mixed messaging. If the studio leaned more into the Barry's/Solidcore vibe, it would help differentiate itself from other studios in the immediate area and lean into what its core competency. The studio space, the lobby, and class style are for those who want to get in, get sweaty, and get out. I hope this review helps those who are considering taking a class and the studio owner to consider the overall form and function of the space.
