★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've been coming to this gym for a while, and the recent change in ownership has made a noticeable difference. The new owner has put in a lot of effort to modernize and refresh the space. It's much cleaner, more organized, and has an inviting atmosphere. Whether you're looking to hit your fitness goals or just connect with like-minded people, this is a great place to do it. Friendly community, solid equipment, and a real sense of care from the staff and trainers. Highly recommend.
May 24 · Robert BeadleBeen going to this gym for a little over a year! Small gym with long hours. Code access makes it easy, great community of people, and friendly to beginners. Great place if you like resistance training/lifting. It’s not corporate owned and a community gym so all the amenities of a corporate gym aren’t there (round the clock cleaning, trainers on demand etc) but the benefits are that even during the busiest hours you can have a peaceful workout cause everyone is willing to work you in, when there is staff you can trust they are knowledgeable and not just trying to peddle training plans. The owners and other trainers are super friendly, I highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area!
November 20 · Manaal SyedSolid, no-frills gym that’s pretty well-equipped for strength training. A few machines to get your cardio in, too (rower, treads, assault bike, stair climber). Good array of kettlebells and dumbbells as well as med balls, and the sled and turf are awesome. Some equipment could be fixed or updated (e.g. the seat for the lat pull-down machine is really ripped and the pin gets stuck; bench press doesn’t have adjustable height settings.) Overall, would say this gym is a good deal with fair and straightforward pricing and long hours. Most people keep to themselves and are focused on getting their training done. **Note if you’re new and drive here: do not turn left off Industrial Rd like GPS says! Just park in a spot and walk over.[Actual rating 4/5]
December 18 · Marilyn FloresI had such a great experience at this gym for the time that I went there! Unlike the amateur commenting below, I can personally say that you can train/prep for a variety of sports-specific events at this facility, INCLUDING powerlifting. If there was a MINOR blemish of rust or a TINY rip on a piece of equipment, would that be, in any way, relevant to the way that you train or affect your actual training? To me, it shows that a lot of hard working members have been through there, without a problem, to train on that equipment. The members there train hard. Metal rusts. Fabric rips. And the weak (and weak-minded) will weed themselves out. Go enjoy a globo gym ✌🏼Can’t wait to get back into this gym. Steve and Celeste are the realest gym owners you will cross paths with.
December 15 · JustinSuch an awesome gym. People actually take working out seriously that go here. The trainers are all very good if your looking for one on one. The environment is just so awesome and motivating. I also love how it’s not a corporate gym with pointless rules like planet fitness. Highly recommend
