Cool spot if you’re nearby, but probably wouldn’t make it my main gym.

The owner and trainers are super knowledgeable and friendly. At times when I train alone, the trainers around will always help with form correction and techniques 100% recommend for personal training or using the space for your own workouts.

Eric, the owner, runs a top-notch business and takes pride in maintaining and upgrading the facility. I couldn’t ask for a better place to train!
February 12 · Melissa FordI have been with Lateral Fitness since it opened (11.5 years ago) and I have been training with the owner, Erik, for 22 years. He runs one of the best fitness center in the fitness industry. It is always clean, with the state of the art equipment. The trainers there are amongst the best there is in the industry and the front desk staff are always very friendly and welcoming. If I miss a session and I bring that to the owners attention, I am immediately credited. I can not say one bad thing about Lateral Fitness.
