★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I stopped by LVAC for a workout after taking a break from Life Time, and I had such a good experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful — Anthony helped me out and gave me some of the best customer service I’ve had at any gym. Everything was quick and easy. The vibe during my workout was great — people were respectful, and the whole place had a really good energy. Honestly, I’m planning to join soon and for a fraction of what I used to pay at Life Time.
July 30 · Roxana MedesanThis gym has been in noticeable decline recently. The facility is overdue for a renovation—or at the very least, updated equipment—and it’s consistently overcrowded at all hours, seven days a week. The bathrooms are frequently unclean, often lacking soap and/or paper towels at the dispensers. In the men’s locker room, some members exhibit a shocking lack of gym etiquette and decorum. While it’s commonplace to encounter nudity in such spaces, I’ve witnessed bizarre and inappropriate behavior on a regular basis, such as a fully naked man standing atop the counter with paper towels under his feet, vigorously flapping a towel to dry his private areas for extended periods. Incidents like this feel borderline harassing, especially as they often occur in high-traffic areas.Additionally, the juice bar has incrementally raised its prices multiple times over the past several months. For instance, an Eternal water jug now costs nearly $7, whereas it’s available for under $5 at Discount Nutrition in the same plaza and around $4 at Target. Finally, the gym becomes uncomfortably hot on summer days. While I understand the challenges of cooling a large space during extreme outdoor heat, it shouldn’t feel warmer inside than out. When crowded, the added body heat turns it into a veritable sauna.I wouldn’t mind paying slightly more for the membership if more maintenance and upgrades were made. LVAC is a great brand and Vegas staple, just needs some refinements.
July 17 · kobee acostaI have been a member for at least a year now, and have come in to this particular gym on dozens of occasions. Today I went in and for the first time was told to leave my card in exchange for towel service. Weird since I had never been asked before, but I gladly complied. After the conclusion of my workout, when I went up to the desk to retrieve my card, the young gentleman behind the counter failed to find it after a cursory look through the deck. Instead of moving on to the next step, where you ask for help or something, he proceeded to help other customers. Indeed, he did not stop helping other customers because they just kept coming in to get their cards scanned. I proceeded to ask him to get a manager: something he should have done on his own. The mustachioed manager comes over and fails to find my card himself. He asked me if somehow I had my card, and I said no. He said he would make me another card. We went to the desk area where he proceeded to ask me again if I had my card. For the second time, I told him I didn’t. That answer wasn’t good enough for him. He said, “Just humor me and look where you usually keep your card.” So I did, and, lo and behold, it wasn’t there. It turned out that they totally butchered the spelling of my last name, and that’s why they couldn’t find the card. After all this nonsense, I asked if there is something they could do to compensate me. My wife proposed a coupon for a smoothie. He said, “That’s a different company,” and left it at that. My wife then let him know that when she signed up, she got a free smoothie, but I didn’t when I signed up. He refused to make sense out of that unfairness, or the fact that my wife was given a coupon for a free smoothie. When pressed, he offered me a free guest pass. I declined that because it would be useless. So basically, when they screw up and royally inconvenience you, there is nothing they can do for you but lie to your face and say that it is impossible for them to give you a coupon for a free smoothie. Hence, the one star.
July 09 · Patrick KeefeI’ve been going to LVAC for several years, but I had a concerning experience on 7/10/2025 around 6:45 PM. While using the clearly labeled Women’s Only section, a man walked in, stood there for about a minute looking around, then walked out. No one addressed it while he was in there, and it made the space feel uncomfortable and unsafe.Even if it was accidental (which seems unlikely given how clearly the doors are marked), I think it’s important for the gym to keep a closer eye on this area moving forward to ensure the safety and privacy of its members. Also worth noting, the women’s bathroom inside the locker room was in very poor condition that day, which added to the sense that the gym isn’t being properly monitored or maintained.
July 11 · TI love LVAC, however, I do not love this location. If it wasn’t the perfect spot to hit on work days there’s not a chance I would come back here. This location is dirty and not once have I ever seen any staff cleaning, the saunas are down a majority of the time, the paper towels and soap are rarely ever stocked. The wet begs that are provided to put bathing suits and wet clothes in are well, never ever stocked actually. Not once since I have been coming here the past couple months has there been any. Super disappointed in this location because this has not been my experience at other locations.
