Fali is the best instructor I’ve ever been to. She recently got trained in lagree from Sebastian Lagree and she is super knowledgeable about every move and way the equipment works. This exercise is miles above Solidcore and any other chain exercise. Definitely recommend if you want a tough but effective workout.

Lagree was founded on the five components of physical fitness: endurance, cardiovascular fitness, body composition, flexibility, and strength.
